How can we help?

Orders & Tracking

Our orders are generally dispatched within 3-5 days. Once the order is dispatched the attempt to deliver the order is made within 4-5 business days. However, the delivery time is completely dependent on the delivery location.
For order cancellation, please reach us via our support from your My Account Page Zuhaa/account. Kindly note, orders can only be cancelled if they are not shipped.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please ensure your details are correct before completing your purchase.
You can view all your orders under MY ACCOUNT section of your Zuhaa account.
Please note you can only cancel your order till it hasn't been dispatched by us. Refund for Debit card/Credit Card, UPI and Netbanking orders will be processed within 7-14 banking days.
If your order is marked as DELIVERED and you have not received the order, kindly contact us via our support channel within 24 hrs from the date of the order being marked as DELIVERED. Beyond the mentioned time frame, we will not be able to carry on any investigation into the case and will take the order as DELIVERED.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer monetary refunds. All approved returns are issued as store credit only, which can be used for future purchases.
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. Clear photos of the product and tags are required for verification.
Approved returns are refunded as a store credit voucher equivalent to the product value. Store credit is valid for 1 year. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
Yes. A flat ₹99 return handling fee per order applies. This covers pickup, quality check, and processing.
Yes. Size exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. A ₹99 exchange handling fee per order applies at CHECKOUT.
Yes. You may request a product exchange within 7 days of delivery. If the new product costs more, you'll need to pay the difference at CHECKOUT. If it costs less, the balance will be issued as store credit. A ₹99 exchange handling fee applies.
You will receive store credit of the product value only. Shipping and COD charges are not refunded.
Yes, reverse pickup is available in most locations. If pickup is not available, you may self-ship the item and courier charges will be reimbursed up to ₹200 with valid proof. Applicable handling fees still apply.
Yes. Partial returns and exchanges are allowed. The handling fee is charged once per order.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit as per your preference.
Personalized or custom-made items, innerwear, swimwear, beauty products, final sale items, and orders placed using the B1G1 offer code are not eligible.
Store credit is issued after the returned product passes quality checks, usually within 24 hrs of pickup.

Payments & Refunds

You can place the order on Prepaid mode or Cash on Delivery (COD). We accept payments through Card, Netbanking and UPI.
If a Prepaid Order is cancelled under any circumstances, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. For payments made from UPI/Wallets/UPI App the refund will get credited to your bank account linked with the specific UPI service provider.

PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR ANY ORDERS WHICH ARE SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED. WE WILL PROVIDE WITH A VOUCHER OF PRODUCT AMOUNT (EXCLUDING THE SHIPPING CHARGES) AGAINST YOUR ORDER ID. THE VOUCHER WILL BE APPLICABLE ON ZUHAA WEBSITE ACROSS ALL CATEGORY AND WILL BE VALID FOR 1 YEAR.
